DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE — READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sun City Euro, and based on what happened with my son's vehicle, I would not trust this shop with my car. I have more than 30 years of experience in the automotive field, including extensive experience working on European and Asian vehicles. I normally perform repairs on my own vehicles and have the tools and knowledge to do so. My son, a student in El Paso, had the check-engine light come on in his 2008 VW Jetta. His scanner showed a hard code related to the heater circuit of the air/fuel ratio sensor. Since I live approximately 10 hours away, I recommended replacing both the upstream and downstream sensors. My son was going to supply the parts. Sun City Euro was recommended to us, so I contacted them and explained exactly what we wanted done: replace the two sensors. After inspecting the vehicle, they quoted approximately $416. Since the vehicle was already there, I initially told them to proceed. They stated that he is the one that must approve the repair, I told them that I will have him contact them to stand by. I later learned that the price was significantly higher than anot

I am extremely satisfied with the service I got for my Mercedes. I spoke with Claudia over the phone and I was able to get an appointment the following day. I went in, they did the diagnostics, ordered the parts and started working on my car the following day. Beto was very honest. I am giving my absolute highest respect to him. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He took photos and showed them to me. The work was done at the end of the day. I initially went to the dealership and got a quote that was ridiculously pricey! After calling ten other shops for quotes I decided to come here since they specialize on European cars and best of all I saved tons of money! I cannot begin to explain how incredibly happy I am with services here. I bought my daughter a used Mercedes, So naturally, I wanted it to be diagnosed and Have brand new brakes, front rotors all the works to make sure everything was safe. Unfortunately, it also did come with a check engine light on that sent some codes for a Evap leak. They replaced everything checked for a leak. There was no leak. I got the car and everything ran great. Unfortunately, the light came back on immediately, So I called them and they said to bring it in to get rechecked. They redid everything or replaced another part and I got my daughters car back yesterday, And I am so happy with the results. I trust them and cannot recommend them enough to anybody that is looking for a dealership that specializes in these vehicles. Ask for price I know it is pricier working on Mercedes BMW Audi’s etc, But I was surprisingly pleased with the price. To have all the rotors and brakes changed, and the one part that was sending the code changed, including labor, it all came out to less than $2000. And that includes a full diagnostic on the vehicle. My experience here started with a transmission hesitation issue where the gear shifts felt delayed. They carefully tested the car while driving and also checked transmission fluid condition. It wasn’t a major gearbox failure like I feared. The fluid was degraded and needed a full change along with recalibration. After service, gear changes are smooth and much more responsive.
